No, you cannot. Applications are only acceptable via the online portal for applications. Only complete, online applications are accepted for evaluation.

After the closure of a call, all applicants will be contacted via email within a month regarding the status of their application.

The working language of the partnership is English. Though the French Language is the official language of some partners. It is expected that transcripts of diplomas that are not in English must be translated by an official translator into the English Language. This does not apply to ID documents.

Academic criteria are leading in the selection of scholarship holders. However, preference may be given to applicants who are women, have special needs, or have a vulnerable status.

Yes. The procedure for this shall be detailed in the notification mail on the outcome of your application.

Yes. Successful candidates shall be given at least 7 days from the date of dispatch of the email to accept or reject the offer. Candidates who do not accept or reject the offer within the full 7-day period shall be deemed to have rejected the offer.
